You're assuming the conjurer is wanted. Or you're assuming that killing the conjurer is worth getting booted from Arbiters. :P

Anyway... for reasons pointed out below, most of this wouldn't work. Also, bashing as a felar is just silly.

Felar arbiter AP vs. conjurer with angel and elemental

1) zap with aura, barrier, shield... cast protection if applicable... use stoneskin item.
2) c 'sleep' Arbiter (assume this works... if not, flee/repeat, or bail out)
3) Angel attacks you.
4) c 'plague' Arbiter (while tanking the angel)
5) flee
6) c 'summon' mob*
7) Wait a tick. Angel tracks in and attacks. Wait until it pillars, then flee.
8) Survey area... summon conjurer into tactically advantageous location. Locked room ideal, room with one-exit in obscure part of the area if nothing better.
9) c 'curse' conjurer
10) c 'blind' conjurer
11) c 'poison' conjurer
12) c 'plague' conjurer until he drops his weapon if he's still holding it
14) steal potion conjurer;!;!... [repeat until you don't fail... if he's got a transportation in his inventory, you want it]
15) If you have time left on the sleep and you think it's doable, kill his elemental. Not really crucial.
16) Re-zap barrier.
17) Wield a spear if you aren't already.
18) Spam trip until conjurer wakes. You've got a good chance of winning here.

If he's wanted, insert a manacles before he wakes. That's an almost guaranteed kill.

*There's two ways you can go with the mob. You can summon a big mean mob like Orumous or an elite storm and let it kill the angel. This is your best bet pre-hero. Or, if the angel is a hero lesser archangel or some such, and it might tool an elite storm, you can summon a dryad, which is immune to wrath and electricity, and let it tank the angel indefinitely.
