This happens quite often and is usually the result of Empire bullshit, but from what I've heard of your incident there's no way you should have been made wanted.

An arbiter is supposed to be 99% sure before they place the flag. The problem is that with eyewitness testimony there's no way you can be 99% sure at any time.

People lie(or just roleplay poorly), Arbiters are overanxious to go on the hunt(it hardly ever has anything to do with gear, it's more about the excitement of the chase), and so on.

If I were an Elder or Lord still and heard your complaint I would yell at the Arbiter for sure. You should never place the flag based on a group's testimony unless you have a non-groupmember to corroborate(sp) that story.

I'm not sure what you were doing in the White Tower, but the best thing I can tell you is to take your business elsewhere.
