Does one learn skills quicker when they are at a lower %? (text):

Running a duergar and was wondering if one learns quicker if the skill is at a lower %. That is say axe is at 35% when I use a practice will I learn quicker going from 35% to 41% or from 69% to 75%? Thanks all

- Not entirely true. There are ways of practicing weapons from 1%. I went from 1% to 100% in sword without spending a single practice, and reasonably quickly too. (N/T) Cas 16:52:07 7/8/2000 (0)

  - You'll learn quicker at 35-41% than 69-75%. Or so has been my experience, I don't usually play that low int of a race. (n/t) A coder 13:57:49 7/8/2000 (0)
