Chances to learn go like curve, ie you would learn more with 50% skill and most hard would be 1% and 99%. // you could not learn weapons from %1
Also some skills/spells you can only become better but not learn from mistakes (weapons/spellcraft spell - curse Imms for that)
So pay attantion.

It makes sence to practice dirt to 35% wait untill it would go to 41% and practice to 75%.
On other side skills like fast_healing/2nd,3rd,4th_attacks are better to practice to 69%.
Or just spend 3 pracs and do not bother. // what I did
