If you are hunting, the criminal, if knowledgable, has the advantage due to he is the one making the decisions where he ro she is goign to go. The arbiter then has to constantly type where and watch which turns and exists they take, which in turn gives a compentant criminal the chance to escape. Although I dont' have a problem with them doign that if I can harm them right now. Imbrogno :P
