Area knowledge is great if you wish to become an arbiter. I know, because my area knowledge is quite bad. Know the cities, it will help you quite much.
I would not suggest arbiters to a newbie but if you have been here a while I think you should try it.
Being an arbiter is not easy, people will complain whatever you do, and many would be out to kill you.
And to all of you who hate the arbiters and think they do everything wrong an doesnt care about the laws, try one and tell me that again, I think you will understand.
