The way this works, and the way a lot of things in CF work is based mostly upon chance. the answer to your question, "Is higher rank required for more powerful creatures...?" Is no From what I've seen, your level and %in the skill affect the odds of getting a higher ranked mib, but how much I'm not sure as there is no way to guarantee that you will get a high level mob all the time. What I did, and what I recommend is experimenting with it. Right now yor skill in it is probably not that high, but keep track of it and your levels and try to notice a difference in the beasts you call. Hope that helps some, but it probably didn't DL
