People love numbers, even when their meaning is questionable. (text):

Not to spoil your lil' trigger-o-rama session, but... if you're going to quote numbers, you should spend some time thinking about whether or not they are meaningful.

Maybe your opponent's str/dex/whatever matters quite a bit. Maybe size is important. Maybe the weapon they are wielding matters. Maybe whether or not they are using a shield matters. Maybe your weapon weight matters. Maybe your target's armor class matters. Maybe your hitroll matters. Maybe your target's ethos or morals matter. Maybe their class matters. Maybe any number of skills matter (parry, dodge, shield block, relevant weapons, etc.)

In short, how do you know your numbers have any global significance? What if you are just doing something wrong? (Or right! The skill may be less useful than you present.) Given the complexity of other aspects of CF's code, I think it's silly to assume that these skills have some fixed chance to work, no matter what the situation is.

Finally, why are you comparing your skills to a warrior's? (Not that boneshatter works anywhere near 99%...) You may have noticed that warriors don't get sanctuary, wrath, and all those other useful communes you get. Now you want to outfight them, toe to toe?

Try to base your argument on things other than "I want a more powerful character." From what I've seen so far, paladins stack up quite well against other classes, regardless of fighting style.
