From what I understand (please correct me If Im wrong)...
spell evasion is automatic so it cant go up as per spellbane/resist. It dosent work on mobs standard or servitors (?which would kinda suck)...
so is there any way you can perfect it other than getting into lots of fights with area spelling mages?
