Find a friendly master, and ask him/her to cast
faerie fog in your presence. Evasion works for this spell,
as far as I know. Even if evasion fails, the combat does
not start - it's very convenient.

So, after some time, the master will have fog at 100%
and you will have spell evasion at 100%, to the mutual
benefit.
