He stated that whips had to be spec before dual weilding them. What I was saying ;and trying to see if what I heard from another one is true, Is that warriors get a second spec later on in life and that if they chose whip as the second one they can use the whip in thier offhand and get thier spec skills for it as well as the ones in thier primary. Cause from my understanding if they spec in something other than whip they are unable to use other weapons in thier offhand spec unless it is in thier primary.
