People are under some misconception that they have to take
the position and if they don't it will reflect badly. Every
leadership position I've had, I've put time into. I wasn't
going to disappear and log in once in a blue moon. If I were
given one now, I'd decline. I'm lucky if I get to play for
an hour every two weeks.

I have to wonder though if there are any implications on an
imperial not accepting a council seat. Or is this one of those
cabals you shouldn't play if you can't put in a good amount
of time.
