Even though I currently play an Imperial and it would mean hell for me if this happened (even though it wouldn't happen anytime soon) if Dawn got an item their powers would definitely need to be looked at and strengthened. Click on Cabal Powers on the left bar and look at all the powers of the different Cabals of Thera... Dawn's powers are purely used to 'help'..
