I read the string about this and, as usual, Nepenthe's riddle left me saying "Huh?"

I don't see what the big F$%^&^* deal is? Leave dawn powers as is and give them a DARN item!!!!! I never play evils so this isn't biased.. I just want to have MORE FUN!!!!!!!
