Some comments (I haven't my own conjurer yet, but have seen pretty much to tell):

Exactly one of my advices below is a joke. Everything else is serious.

> -Don't fall to the temptation to conjure something before you have the circle to hold it at bay.
Actually, with a group you can try. Especially, angels are available
if you're good. Though having circle is much better.
Also, PERFECT DISMISSAL, no matter that it costs 90 mana.

> -Learn to parry and shield block well, you'll be taking a lot of hits.
As you will tank a lot with archon, it will come without
a lot of special efforts...

> -From 22 on you can solo some things it will take a group of 3 to fight. Beg, borrow, blackmail and do whatever you have to do to get a group to get you there. It's worth it.
Wrong. Conjurers were downed one more time recently (after
two pathetic losers died to Alurian's angel while he was blackjacked,
too lazy to search for the log, but it's on the forum), so that nice conjuring
requires more mana and most likely razor-sharp elemental is not
possible at rank 22 now. Though, if you're planning to join
masters, you will rock at low ranks. Conjurers' magical control is
great (much better than necromancers')

> -Watch out for the gung ho arbiters who will flag you for having an elemental in town.
100% true.

> -Your familiar is the best scout anyone could ever have. It's like being there but you don't show up on a where. Just watch out for thirsting ragers or people with more then half a clue. :-)
Faerie dragon sucks. Delete;delete if you get one. Other familiars
seem to have positive sides. And, protect your familiar by all means.
Kill it once yourself to figure out what happens when your
familiar dies.

> -Remember which servitors are hostile to you and dismiss them before the binding wears off.
I didn't know that. I thought that the servitor that wasn't hostile at the
beginning can turn on you when the binding wears off.
I've also heard that demons will attack you if you didn't feed them
enough, but it's just a rumor.

> -Never trust clairvoyance to actually tell you something useful about where someone is. (Mutters something about Ofcol showing up as outdoors in the mountains and getting flagged for nightgaunting someone there.)
Perfect clairvoyance nevertheless. It can't hurt. But do not spam it
on one player - they get annoyed to receive messages about being
watched.

> -Play around with various levels of demons, angels, devils and archons, learn what each ones does that the previous one didn't. Some of them do some pretty cool stuff.
Sure. But better start planning your second conjurer, because such
experiments will cost you a lot of con.

> -Oh, and demons will fight each other, and just about anything else they don't like. If you have friends that are conjurers or you tend to hang out in the guild a lot, remember that.
Angels are much more aggressive than demons, be very careful in towns.

And some tips from myself:

- Don't underestimate devils. They won't help you survive, but if your
party is stronger than opponents, devil is a good choice.

- Water elementals are most useful, but make sure there are no elite storm
giant soldiers around.

Good luck!
