A fancy role doesnt mean jack...and here is why. The point of roleplaying is not to appease the immortals(who are idiots for the most part), the point is to interact with other mortal players. Since mortal players cant see your role it means little. What is important are your actions in the game, since these are what other players see. While formally putting your role into words can be an aid, as far as organizing and revealing any flaws, it is by no means necessary. Once you have a role made up, sitting down and typing it in will not make you a better roleplayer.
