I understand your feelings, however, I am a 30+ level ranger. Of the 71 hours my character has been alive, 67 hours has been in a "wilderness" area. At 30+ there is only one area that might be considered wilderness that I've found to rank in. And you can't camo there. I hadn't failed creep or had lagged camo/creep since level 19 and yet 2 hours, that's 2 out of 71 spent in a citified area caused lagged camo and creep failures. So another 67 hours spent sitting on my ass in the woods to get it back watching all of the "citified" folks bashing away at trollocs while your response to a request to travel is "Sorry, my ass fell asleep on this stump".

Bottom line; consider fastcreep and non-lagged camo a sylvan bonus or be prepared to sit alone on your ass in the woods for 94% of you character's life to maintain it.
