You say that as if it were self-evident. I don't think it's even correct.

Uh, what policy? The one that doesn't exist? For all I know some Rager leader at one point might have made one up and tried to make it stick, but then. . .one Emperor decreed all nonhumans to serve all humans and I don't see anyone clamoring for that to be enforced, so that'd still not mean anything.

Next time you might consider having half an idea what you're talking about before you run your mouth off. Just a friendly suggestion.
