What's the order of the Immortals from highest to lowest. I've seen Jullias at 60 and Scarabaeus at 59 but what about the others? Are they the only 60 and 59? I know Jullias runs CF on his machine but who actually started CF in the first place? And of those who started it who is still around? Do all the Immortals actually 'play' the game with mortals? Seems like it would be fruitless to work so hard on something and not be able to enjoy it. Also, who was the GrimReaper (or was it just Reaper) back in the first (or was is second) age?
