Okay, I have to recreate it from scratch and i'm lazy, but here's an annotated version of the original post.

X healer is a dick in the Chris Warren sense of the word. He finds lowbie evil ranking groups and sancs/heals their mobs. He then proceeds to check every ranking area they could be learning in for a while and does his best to fuck up their ranking. Now, even if 2 groups are ranking in emerald, he will stick with the one who wants to piss off and follow them around. X healer has been at it for about a year now... and from what i've seen, this is 90% of what his does, his major purpose in life so to speak. Now, clearly this guy is only playing the game to frustrate others, unless i'm alone in feeling that hindering ranking groups day in and day out isn't very fun. If i'm not alone in this, then my only conclusion can be that he is getting off on it somehow. Okay, so the rant part here is longer than it was in the original post, but oh well... here was the second half.

How far can an imm go to step in on stuff like this? Now we go into the realm of hypothetical situations. A player such as Healer X is not breaking any rules of the game, rp or technical. Yet, this fictional player has been around for years and his purpose is clearly in the vein of Chris Warren characters, just hanging around and trying to piss people off. Will an Imm ever step in? It's a somewhat subjective opinion, but i'd be willing to give up some of the personal freedom that we've been given to get assholes like that out of the game. The imm staff is fairly diverse, they range from assholes, to arrogant bastards, to downright cool people. But in general, i've always found them to be fair. Hmm, this seems less coherant than my last post, but whatever :P

Oh, and something new i'd like to put forth... I don't buy the "it's just my rp" excuse. If you're roleplaying a complete asshole and having no remorse about something, you're probably an asshole. And there you have it.
