It's pretty point blank, all these other cabals have potential xxx times more than these ragers. If you've ever been shielded and/or sanced, you know how easily they *can* be put out. Of course I am not implying that is 100 percent victory, but it's pretty damn close.

Furthermore, sanctuary and shields can be applied to the outer guardians/inner of other cabals, ragers can't do that. They can spam bandage, which just isn't the same.
