Of course a paladin who allows a necro to get this far almost
deserves to get spanked.

And Rome if this was even remotely close to what I was suggesting
I might agree with you. My point being this:

Paladin A commits a crime in town
Arbiter A gets witnesses that suggests said paladin did the offense in town
Arbiter A askes Paladin A if he had committed alleged crime
Paladin A refuses to answer

Tell me how this is paladin like? A direct question about the action
of a paladin who declines to answer. What was that about honesty and
the paladin code? It's in there.. isn't it?
