Engulf and Geyser.

What is the difference?

Help files do not help.

Both say they are targeted. Both say they are water-based damage spells that can be used on land.

So what is the difference.

Why do I always only see geyser in the logs, and never engulf. If geyser is that much better, why is Engulf such a high level spell?
