Leader is a largely thankless job, where you have to sink endless hours into hearing largely the same things over and over, and the only time you'll hear a comment about your performance is if some anonymous heckler doesn't like it.
I sure as hell don't want it, but I'm glad someone did a pretty good job with it like Narlock.
