Sure, and yet at only half that height an elf can walk by you in a room the size of a closet and you neither hear nor see them. Thieves can hide in that same room with you. This is a game after all. I just think that a cloud giant wouldn't make noice when they walked around. If you look, you can still see them. They are just perma-sneak like an elf. I don't think it's any more improbable than things which already exist in the game.
