He sits in town, well hides in town rather.
waiting for the opportunity to present itself.
such as when ragers raid masters.
He would show up for the warrant of one wanted rager, flees, flags a bunch of ragers.
Comes back with Trasthe, Maella, etc.. and all the masters.

As pissed off as ragers are regarding Fuath.
it is point less to attack him, because, he just flags you. Hides when outnumbered. If you look at all his logs, Masters, or others are never far from him.

he always gets away because, it is rather difficult to hunt someone when two guards are beating up on you.
Flee, quaff potion, that takes alot of skill.

with battle rager honor.
It is not that hard to take down a single rager.
