At my company, the Boss doesn't want to hear about problems ... unless you have a solution in mind, and then he's interested. And it makes you look like you're trying even if your solution didn't work out.

I see your point, there is a problem here. Since you put some thought into it, put a little into a solution.
After all, we don't want good and evil grouping to gain experience or pk, do we?

Problems come up, best thing to do is offer solutions, woo ha!
