This is where I see the major problem with alignment. Evil people should actively seek to be trusted and take advantage of EVERYONE, not just the "good". The way it is now, alignment becomes a flag football game, with evil in red jerseys and good in golden, with little difference between how evil players treat one another (their teammates) vs. good.

Basically, this degenerative attitude towards alignment turns the player base into a group of neutrals with red or gold paint and "good" or "evil" tendencies that come out whenever either is expedient to the player.
