I liked you and I only new you as an Imm.

Pico I think was very professional and I can tell he hadn't just jumped into this one. I like how he backs his subordinate leaders though, an excelent leadership trait.

I've heard about Bria being an Ice queen but I don't know in this situation what the dea was. And we all know about Astein *smirk* who BTW was inducted by an FTA'er, and by all accounts is a hell of a nice guy IRL. I've also heard that part of this was about a certain other Imm leaving and all too but this is admitedly heresay and my sources couldn't confirm this.
And I think that if it is as you say you didn't get a regular evaluation from the Senior Cabal Imm's to benchmark your progress dispite your askance...well that's crap.

To draw a parallel, in the army we get counciled every month on every thing from our appearance cleanliness physical fitness and a dozen other standards. We are told what to do to improve ourselves. We are not berated(Yeah right) but instead given the facts and told to improve. Upon attaining my rank (Sergeant) we are further given what is called an "NCOER" (Non-commisioned officers report) wich takes in account all out counceling for the year (6Mo for active duty)and we are rated from: Failure - needs improvement - success - Excellence and there are several categories that this applies to. this single document will make or break an NCO, there is nothing more important to him as far as carreer progression is concerned. It is so important that it can be appealed and taken before a legal review.

All counciling is done face to face as well. Soldiers have nothing to hide from each other ...right?....right? :)

At any rate there is no cruising along feeling fat and happy only to be yanked into the commander's office and shot in the head.

I wish you had let them keep your areas though, I never got to see them and now there is nothing left of your "legacy" for new players to wonder who you were.

I've seen things here and there of dead Imm's and I always get a feeling of somthing old and lost (nastalgia.. SP?)

Oh well I applaude your bering and poise, It was as if you were the condemned and Pico the duty bound but unenthusiastic comander of the firing squad.

If it is possible to reverse your decision on your areas I for one would like to see you do it.
