The problem with Empire isn't the leadership per se, its the gutless bastards who ARE on, and leave the rest holding the bag. Last week, a few of the Servants got fed up with imperial lowbie-bangers and so we raided. When we started there were 6 Imperials on. Son as we hit the entrance, it was 4. As soon as we got inside the only two left were both heroes. By the time the raid was over and the codex was in hand they had all quit out, most without even offering any IC excuse for logging in the middle of a raid. They knew they couldn't stop us (Got to love those healer/trannie with a major form/warrior groups for raids) but rather than staying on without the codex, they all just left.

I suppose this is partially the fault of the leadership for inducting such gutless loosers, but also its just not in the nature of the cabal to have courage, thats the biggest problem.
