I remember when I asked you if Eriwal was played by Cador and if the party that reached Satan the first time was made up of Immortals. Rather than stating that NO, cador didn't play eriwal you resorted to word-games to tiptoe around the subject. That to me shows the lengths you'd go to, to avoid outright lying. I don't. I really really don't. I have faith in humanity, and I believe that at least 90% of the 37 immortals currently on staff does a fantastic job with no cheating or questionable actions.

BUT I also am totally convinced that certain information spill over from the immortals to their mortal characters, stuff like who has what unique pieces of equipment or stuff like solutions to certain quests and such. And I probably would be fine with all that, if it wasn't for the fact that certain Immortals constantly deny that is happening, and paint people like Thinhallen, Arcane and myself as lying zealots who are only out to hurt them. If you can find concrete examples of when I haven't told the truth about the Imm-staff I'd be happy to retract them and apologize. I too put a great value on speaking the truth.

The original post asked a valid question, regardless of ulterior motives. The problem is people like you (and The Arcane) like to use this forum to attack the Imm staff and CF in general, but don't like it when the tables are turned. You take very much offense that you might be called a hypocrite, or when someone questions whether YOU have ulterior motives.

But if you don't want to answer the question, don't stick your nose into it further down the line. It makes you look like (to borrow from Pumpkin Man) a chump.

As for your second to last point: The Arcane is wrong. I can tell you that beyond a shadow of a doubt. Why? Because I asked Sebeok. He HEARD about the thread, as he hasn't even been reading this board, from another Imm. He doesn't post or read here anymore. I don't blame him. I'm not going to make some vague threat about me leaving as well, as I doubt you'd care, and I doubt I could keep to it. At work, I sit here and read these posts that give me ulcers, because I get bored and have nothing better to do. Unhealthy? Probably. But then I see a post by someone who actually seems to enjoy CF, and it makes it somewhat worthwhile. Let's face it though, I'd probably read even without those.
