Anyhoo. I left out information, sure, but I didn't negate anything you said in this post.

Let's recap:

You said "Int and Wis both affect main gains." I mentioned nothing about mana gains.

You said "Int affects how often you improve, both 'become better' and 'learn from mistakes'." I said, "Intelligence increases how quickly you learn." Did I specify one type of skll improvement that Intelligence DIDN'T bring on? I believe I misconveyed a portion of it, when I said at the end... "...while wisdom takes over under the "You fail to..." which is, by your own testimony, an accurate statement. It does, indeed, "take over" the decision of how much the increase is.

You said, "You have become better at...You gain +1% in skill in question. Plane and simple." I didn't mention a percentage for that. So, how am I "wrong?"

You said, "In CF int affects how much you actually learn in this case. But even with fire giant (int 15) you can get 3% improves. Just they are far more rare for fire giant then for elf (int 25)." I never said a fire giant couldn't.

You said, "Zepachu! Please do not talk about things you do not know." That pissed me off.

I don't talk about things I don't know about, which is part of the reason why I was vague in my post. I knew everything you posted, just didn't post it. I would have been fine with your post if not for your last statement regarding me. Do not disrespect me, Swist. I don't let anyone get away with it. People on this forum, people who sit next to me in class, NO ONE. Maybe it's the sicilian in me, or maybe it's just human decency, but don't let it happen again.
