It does vs. mobs. I'm not *sure* about players, but I'd think so.

Well, an assassin is a far more prepared killer at 18 than an AP is at 16, or even 20. An AP has a right to say the fight was hardly fair, but then again he shouldn't have been in it in the first place. If you were gloating, however...

Sure, why not. A proud character has no reason to not extoll (something tells me that's not the right word) the reasons why he would have won had it been 'fair'.
