Ok would a rank 51 600 yr old elf mage have 100% in the spell armor if he perfected it about 500 years before and then never cast it again? I'd say he'd know it as if it were but a moment before for several reasons.... 4: This brings to mind the whole "Teenaged human in a funny suit thing to me. Seems every one plays humans...Not saying you do but most everyone else I've met does. 5: The four abouve should be a 5 and this a 6. Pro
 Godlike int.
He is an Elf and Not a human. they live for centries and I would imagine it would be part of their make up to retain what they learn and hence their high Int wich reflects a lot of Info gathered.
He is an Elf Not a Human and as such He is supposed to represent something mystical ir mysterious, at the very least the common man would be like.."My gosh! An ELF!"
as for humans and gnomes they have Super-genius Int and unless they suffered from Alzheimer's I'd omagine they'd retain as well. they human might suffer from what we term in the Army a "Perishable skill" but not the others.
