I was thinking on all sorts of possibilities with morale that we may get to see in the future, and I came up with this concern...How exactly is more, a rather intangible quality, going to be judged, seeing as there are so many different ways different characters can feel better or worse. Example of something as simple-seeming as eating:

Typically, you need to eat. If you don't, regularly, you'll likely not be feeling so well. Then again, those people who eat desserts all day long? I would think there, after awhile, either way would get abit bad. Or you could be fasting, in which case, your starvation could be a religious observance, therefore increasing your morale.

Or such as levelling. One character could be a raving, bloodthirsty fire giant who doesn't feel happy unless he's crushing someone's skull, and another character could utterly hate bloodshed, dropping morale instead.

I don't mean to have example by example answered, but it does show how there are so many ways to affect morale, and it is so complex, that I would think to be difficult to impossible anticipate. Is this something that's been forseen, and planned for in how morale works?
