Morale seems like it's going to complicate things too much (i'm REALLY opposed to having it affect your level gains, that really unbalances towards the less knowledgable players). As far as realism goes, I don't know about anyone else, but the moment I saw that you can't automatically kill a sleeping person, it was mostly blown for me :P
