Actually, I am pretty sure, that emotes come out when you are garbled (unless it was changed).

- Nope, I've seen someone garbled and they weren't garbled emote-wise, I tried it myself and it wasn't garbled while I was, I posted the bug, but I'm just restating that here.. nt Death_Claw 13:30:25 12/8/2000 (0)
