Hey, they're a really cool class, but for some reason I always picture some Far East D&D setting when I look at their list of skills. Heck, every country has had assassins all throughout history, and since this mud is more based on the Medevil Europe type deal (Castles, Inn's, Brewery's, etc...) you would think that assassins would be more along those lines...forgoing things like Kotegaeshi and Kansetsuwaza-WAZA-WAH!!! The word NINJA is more fitting I believe.

Things CF's assasins should be able to do:
Get rid of the standard 'assassinate' for one. Instead, have several different skills that could require a time duration to effectively kill someone. Like using a garrot to strangle someone. More types of poisons...one of which could be a devastating kind that will kill in a matter of hours unless it's cured. With that in mind you could put a ladder-system into effect (like invoker spells) where the assassin would have to perfect the normal poison-dagger or whatnot in order to get this.

Anyhow, just some thoughts.
