Personaly Id like to see the removal of gain converts. gnomes effectivly getting a extra 6 hps per level due to pracs. It's just another inbalance in the game that should be looked into. It wouldnt be hard to have train hp mana mv disabled.

the Imms want "realism" they should go the whole hog, and not bleat "it's realistic" when it applies.
