It seems stupid to have practice sessions work as only as whole numbers. For example a person with a wisdom of 20 has little to no advantage over one with 18. Wisdom only truely determines practice sessions. Mana to a small degree but it isn't of consequence. The fact that a person recieves 3 practice sessions for wisdom from 18 to 21. I think that a person with 21 should get 3 3/4 practices. The 3/4 wouldn't be seen in 'score' for sure but the next level when the left over 3/4 is added the the 3 3/4 making 4 2/4 it would be noticed. Although this might seem excessive because 3 out of 4 times of the practices would grant 4 and only 1 in 4 would give 3. But, it seems better than allowing a stat to be worthless once it reaches 18 for anything but gnomes. That's just my opinion. I could be wrong.
