Few questions from a first-time 'muter:

What's the deal with improving one's forms? From a forum search and some discussion in game, it seems that the more time you spend shifted the more effective that form becomes.

Is this something you can "notice" in game, as with spell/skill improvements?

Is it related to what you're -doing- while shifted (i.e. fighting, walking around, sitting in guild) or just the fact that you're shifted?

If your form has special skills (rake, steal, gore, fly), does it help out to use these more often?
