I understand that exp penalty was for role playing purposes. It was suppose to be used as a deterrent from choosing that race or class. So effectively that race/class will be lower in numbers, if that is what the imms want. However, there seems to be a general misconception that exp penalty is placed based on how powerful the race/class is. So, can an imm tell us what exp penalty is placed for?
