The categories for intelligence on CF are not race-specific. 15 will translate to average no matter if it is an elf or an orc. I agree with the first poster, that it is kind of misleading to call 15 average, since it equals to incredibly stupid on CF, but I suppose it is from the days, when not everyone had everything maxed, and you didn't have to practice 10^10 hours to be able to play the game on even terms with anyone else (unless you are a conjurer of course... Then you can kick butt no matter what).
