...when you can easily find a solution in the game. Honestly lay off the leader until you've had a chance to fill his/her shoes. He/she has obviously done something right to be named leader correct? In any case causing a roar here is not going to help your cause - that includes both parties.

If setting standards is lazy, call me lazy. If writing a role is stupid, call me stupid. If breaking the mold is absurd, call me absurd. If being married to a beardless elf is insane call me insane :P

This is what separates the good leaders from the great ones.

Really:

Requirements like these have been set by leaders and each individual leader has the right to add his/her perks to leadership. If this is (as Arcane stated so clearly) not inducting certain races, setting practice or interview requirements, altering the tablet to his/her role or beating toothless troupers with an ugly stick - they have that authority as leader. Deal with it or simply join another cabal. Was that so hard?

On a side note: While this forum is great in some regards you'll realize that it is an absolutely horrible channel of information if your looking for positive feedback. Expect to be trashed, bitched at, flamed and maybe every Christmas day given a thanks. Sometimes you will get to see the flamer make a fool out of himself/herself but the best way to avoid attempts at public humiliation is to limit your posts or not post at all. Come here for answers to IC issues and you will find yourself empty-handed.

It is why you rarely get a glimpse of the insights of this old, stinky, loincloth-wearing dwarf here.
