This is Ayragus of the village.
This missive will clear up a few things for those of you eager applicants.
Trewyn is the leader of the Battle.
I know you all applicants wish to show respect to him.
Therefor, you will address him simply as Trewyn.
Not sir Trewyn, he does not require you to kiss arse like the Empire.
You should also seek out five members of the village to speak with and gain their approval.
We are seeking warriors, thieves, rangers, bards and assasssins.
Recently with the emergence of orcs, some had arrived at the village seeking to bear arms for our war.
The village might make some exceptions to those orcs that show extreme dedication.
You should reach the twentieth rank of your guild.
Parry, dodge and shield block must be perfected.
You must have the your weapon of choice and hand to hand mastered.
You will also take the time to pick up the axe, daggers and maces and learn to use them.
Thieves must master black jack, backstab and knife.
Did I mention, you must perfect tiger claw as soon as you can?
Mark of the prey is also suggested.
As for rangers, we expect you to master Ambush, and bearcharge.
As for bards, you better know how to sing them songs.
You will have mastered at least six songs by rank twenty.
If you feel this is too much to ask, then the village does not need you.
We seek quality, not quantity.
The requirements are a way to show your dedication and worth to the village.
We are in the process of rebuilding to regain the glory and might of the village and strike fear in the hearts of our enemies.
