With respect to what we have been talking about, Serafim's method of interviewing *ENCOURAGES* cookie cutter/unoriginal masters, because he looks for/demands the answers *HE* has decided are correct, to questions that by definition have no answer in this world. Remember, this world is like a movie set. It _looks_ like a real place, but when you start digging, you see it is not. That is not a criticism of the game or the mud, it is just a fact. Obviously it is not going to be as well develloped as the real world, with the advances in knowledge, etc, of the real world, because it is NOT the real world, it does not have thousands of years of real history where things have been figured out. Here, Serafim is asking a question to which there is no way of having an answer other than something each character has created. Sure, if Twist or Nepenthe or even just the Imms in general came out with explanations for some things to more fully develop the background/workings of the "world", then serafim could expect his applicants to at least try to find out what the "answers" are. But instead he demands you find out the "answers" that he has decided are right/correct. And, of course, there is *nothing* in the game which makes his "answers" more right than anyone elses. It is because of this that I said what I said earlier, that he should refrain from trying to "direct" people to certain answers, to what he wants to hear, and instead should allow them to say what their char might think, and then ask *why* they think that, and if it is reasonable, if it shows thought, etc, he can judge them by THAT, not by whether they were able to find out what was inside Serafim's head.
