Do not use charmed or summoned pets to PK people who are out of your PK range. If a person is not in your pk range, and they do not initiate an attack on the mob, then it had better not touch them.

Once again, what he did was not OVERTLY against the rules....but that is besides the point. It is bad form.
Exactly equivilent to the permagroup thing, before it went into the rules it wasnt "OVERTLY" against the rules...it was just bad form and a shitty thing to do...
If you do not see anything wrong with this, you are the kind of person who will watch someone shoplift and walk out not getting caught and not say anything....
