Alright. Gotcha, then. Although I've only had one, my Arbiter lasted till about the 45th rank. Then sorta went berserk and started 'helping' criminals by informing them of where the other Arbies were, etc.. Oh well :-) I GOT BORED.

Arbiters are hard to play, that's correct... but I don't think it's justified. Just to choose another Cabal...

I've had 14 Entropy players, all about the 20th rank, many in the 40s/50s... [;-)] And they're a helluva lot more fun.
i had finally gotten a char into entropy. was denied because i kept disperseing everyone, garbleing everyone, and kinda didnt stop when "An Immortal" said something too the effect of makeing cf alot less fun of a place with being as I was.
Arbiters would be TRULY powerful if they went on a huge recruiting kick and doubled their numbers.
wow, instead of what.. 7 arbiters total i believe they have now.. they would jump up to 14?? more than one will ever be on at once?
