+40 (2 sandy brown desert cloaks or blood-soaked capes) = 770
+40 (2 pitch black rings) = 810
+20 (cobbler's shoes) = 830
+30 (silver grey platemail or black chainmail) = 860
+50 (elemental bracelets) = 910
+15 (snow worm sleeves) = 925
+10 (razor edged shield) = 935
+20 (moss cloak or snow leopard) = 955
+15 (snow worm leggings) = 970
+20 (black king's sceptre) = 990

That's about right... eq that's *pretty* easy to get (and leaves lots of room for improvement)... But I'd recommend throwing in an Iron Mask of Anazu, two longevities, some brooches set with blue stones/etched dragonscale pendants and the Mask of Urkhulash for good measure.
