<71%hp 100%m 99%mv> People near you:
(PK) Tirizuar Large Storage Room
(PK) Mulkau At the Altar
At the Altar
You stand before an impressive gold altar. The tallest candelabra are so
tall they hardly cast any light down on the main part of the altar; they
only serve to highlight the highest reaches of the altar. Fortunately, there
are more candelabra lower down, which, along with the light coming through
the stained glass window, provide enough light to see the full magnificence
of this altar. You can exit the temple to the east, the temple continues
to the north and small rooms open to the south and west.
[Exits: north east south west]
A pit for sacrifices is in front of the altar.
Karat the human is resting here.
Xlaq the duergar is here.
(Charmed) A special guard from Galadon is here, enforcing the Law.

Mulkau the dwarf is here.

Quintellia the elf is here.
Kennan the storm giant is resting here.
A man sits here begging for any change you might have.
(White Aura) The healer is here, healing the needy.

Karat goes to sleep.
<74%hp 100%m 93%mv> l Xlaq
You see a filthy duergar! A bit shy of five feet tall but very intimidating. His arms
and legs are the size of tree trunks. He is a fighter no doubt considering his head
and upper body are riddled with scars and cuts. His skin is pitch black as is his hair.
He has a full beard and mustache that looks as though it hasn't been washed...ever!
Hands the size of iron hammers clutch at a polearm that is twice as tall as he is. He
looks as though he'd be just as comfortable in a cave or underground tunnel as he is
on the surface. Given his nasty appearance he apparently hates the water.
Xlaq, a male duergar, is writhing in agony.
You peek at the inventory:
a kayak
<74%hp 100%m 93%mv>
Karat wakes and stands up.
<74%hp 100%m 93%mv>
You are hungry.
You are thirsty.
<76%hp 100%m 99%mv> I see no sack here.
<76%hp 100%m 99%mv> You do not have that item.
<76%hp 100%m 99%mv> You can't find it.
<76%hp 100%m 99%mv>
Mulkau looks at Xlaq.
<76%hp 100%m 99%mv> cow
You cower in a corner.

EOL - Heh, it seems despite the arbiters good intensions,
they actually ended up with .. punishing the victim, and
protecting the offender. In another char I encountered
Astein, and .. besides from trying to kill me
with plague, he had a good point in our little
conversation .. He said "the law is blind". Hm,
I cant help wonder what the purpose of a blind law
is. Is it supposed to protect the innocent? It
obviously fails miserably. Who does the law serve
and for what reason then? I think the law serves
itself, for no particular purpose. It just is.
A manifestation of Order. Just like the Barons
server noone particular, except themself, as
a manifistation of Disorder. It seems that
Order and Chaos, has a few things in common
actually. For those not wishing to dwell into
this (paradima?), atleast one thing may be
usefull for them. Realising this nature of
the arbiters, makes it alot easier not get
too pissed off when they screw you over. They
arent here to help you. It is not their purpose
to protect you. And that has nothing to do with
your geographical localtion, in towns or whatever
"protected" areas.
